Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk and heavy cream. Beat with an electric mixer until light and slightly foamy.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated with no lumps.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container or a freezer-safe mold. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Let the ice cream rest at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
Notes
- For added texture, include chocolate chips, nuts, or cookie crumbs.
- Cover the container well to avoid ice crystals.
