  • 100 g de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 1 cucharada de harina
  • 1 limón (jugo y ralladura)

For the topping:

  • 50 g de mantequilla
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • 50 g de harina
  • 50 g de almendras molidas (opcional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine dry ingredients, add butter until crumbly, mix in egg, form dough, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling: Peel, core, and slice apples; mix with sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice/zest. Let rest.
  3. Assemble: Roll out dough, place in greased tart pan, add apple mixture evenly.
  4. Make topping: Mix butter, sugar, flour, and almonds (optional) to form crumbs; sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Cool slightly and serve with cream or ice cream if desired.

Notes

  • Use tart apples for the best flavor and texture.
  • Almonds in the topping are optional but add a delightful crunch.
  • Allow the tarta to cool slightly to prevent it from breaking apart when sliced.
